IS IT TIME TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Are you a slave to food, your weight or appearance?

Perhaps you worry about every single thing that enters your mouth. Or you numb your emotions with food.

Maybe you are constantly consumed by thoughts about food, your body or diets -your mind cluttered and your energy drained.

If this resonates with you, chances are you experience feelings of shame and guilt around eating.  It’s likely you have been on diets for most of your life -feeling like a failure every time. Like many of the women that come to me for help, it’s possible that your body image and self-esteem has hit rock bottom and you can’t see a way out of this endless cycle.

I want you to know that you are not alone. Whether it be binge eating, bulimia, emotional eating or restrictive eating behaviours, I can tell you hand on heart that it is possible to build a happy relationship with food and your body.

I’m Marcelle Rose, Emotional and Disordered Eating specialist. I’m a BANT Registered Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Master Practitioner of Eating Disorders. I work with people just like you who need a new approach to finding food and body freedom.

I have a decade’s experience in helping hundreds of women heal their relationship with food. Don't get me wrong- It takes work, but not the type that the diet industry would have you do, such as following rigid rules and diet plans and restricting certain foods.

I will help you to understand yourself -your behaviour patterns, thoughts and emotions and become aware of what, how and why you eat without judgement. Understanding what needs are not being met and learning how to nourish your body and mind whilst being able to take joy and pleasure from food.
